Q: When will my credit card be charged if I order online?
A: Your credit card will be charged as you make the order.

Q: Is Thinkstore a secure site?
A: Yes - Credit cards payments are processed in real-time by our 128-bit encrypted SSL secure server and payment gateway.  Credit cards are charged immediately for all orders and your credit card information is retained only for the lifetime of the order.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Q: Do you accept all credit cards for online orders?
A: We accept all VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Unfortunately we don't accept debit cards or Diners Club and American Express.

Q: I requested a freight quotation for my international order. What happens next?
A: You will receive a second email shortly after you've placed your order with your freight quotation. Please reply to this email to approve the freight amount.

Q: My order is going to a different shipping address. Can I still get a tax invoice?
A: Yes, please email us with your order number and we will arrange a tax invoice to be sent out to you.

Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I pay another way?
